生産プロセスフロー
パイプ生産の最初のステップは、原材料の準備です。顧客は自分でPVC粉末と他の添加剤を混合できます。混合物は押出機に供給されます。材料は押出機内で可塑化され、その後金型に押し出されます。材料は金型によって成形され、パイプの外観で出てきます。金型から押し出されたパイプは熱く柔らかいです。形状が不安定なパイプは、真空キャリブレーションタンク内の真空スリーブによって校正および冷却されます。その後、パイプはさらなる冷却のために冷却タンクに入ります。引取装置は冷却タンクの隣に配置され、パイプを押出機から引き取ります。定義された長さに従って、パイプは切断され、輸送のために梱包されます。
