用途
フレアリング機は、パイプ押出生産と組み合わせて、「U」型、「R」型、「長方形」型のパイプソケット端を製造します。フレアリング加工は、正確なソケットを得るために、フレアリング金型のコア内で真空成形し、金型外で水冷しながらフレアリング室内で行われます。
生産プロセスフロー
パイプ生産の最初のステップは、原材料の準備です。顧客は自分でPVC粉末と他の添加剤を混合できます。混合物は押出機に供給されます。材料は押出機で可塑化され、金型に押し出されます。材料は金型で成形され、パイプの外観で出てきます。金型から押し出されたパイプは熱く柔らかいです。不安定な形状のパイプは、真空キャリブレーションタンク内の真空スリーブによってキャリブレーションおよび冷却されます。その後、パイプはさらに冷却するために冷却タンクに入ります。牽引ユニットは冷却タンクの隣にあり、パイプを押出機から引き離します。定義された長さに従って、パイプは切断され、輸送のために梱包されます。
