パイプ生産ラインの特長
1) 高効率PPR押出機とグラスファイバー押出機を独立開発して採用しています。特にグラスファイバー押出機はグラスファイバーの特性に合わせて特別に設計されており、高い耐摩耗性と耐食性を備え、安定した押出を効果的に保証します。
2) 調整可能な共押出ダイヘッド（当社の特許製品）は、マルチレイヤーを均一かつ迅速に複合でき、押出機の回転速度を調整することなく各層の最適な厚さを迅速に得ることができます。これにより、生産プロセス中のオペレーターのスキルへの依存を減らすことができます。
3) 組み合わせカッティングシステムは、高速生産中にさまざまな直径のパイプを迅速かつ無塵で切断することを保証します。パイプ切断特性に合わせて自社開発された制御技術は、高速生産中の切断精度を向上させ、印刷と切断の非同期、パイプの長さの不均一などの問題を排除します。
4) マシン構成の改造により、高速の3層または単層HDPEパイプを生産するようにアップグレードできます。
