エクストルーションラインの詳細:
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
原材料の供給
PPR樹脂ペレットは,挤出機のホッパーに入力されます.
溶融と挤出
シングル/ツインスクロールエクストルーダは,PPR材料を熱し溶かして,直線型パイプを形成するために,マートヘッドを通って押します.
バキューム校正とサイズ設定
溶けたパイプは真空校正タンクを通過し,正確な直径と壁厚さを確保します.
冷却と固化
パイプは水冷却タンクで冷却され,構造が硬く安定します.
トラッキング & 切断
引出機 は 制御 的 な 速度 で パイプ を 引き出し,自動 切断 機 は 必要 な 長さ まで 切断 し て しまう.
