押出機は、最適な PVC 可塑化を保証する高度なスクリュー設計を備えており、シーメンス PLC 制御システムは便利な操作を提供します。統合された脱気システムにより、最終的な PVC パイプの優れた品質が保証されます。
真空校正および冷却ユニットは、安定したパイプのサイジングと冷却のために、マルチセクション真空システムを備えた 304# ステンレス鋼タンク本体を利用しています。特殊な冷却システムにより効率が向上し、自動水温制御によりインテリジェントな機能が追加されます。
引き取り機械には、さまざまなパイプ サイズに対応するために 2、3、4、または 6 個のクローラー トラックが用意されています。ペドレールクランプシステムは機械技術と空気圧技術を組み合わせて、信頼性の高いパフォーマンスを実現します。
切断システムには、ノーダストカッターまたはプラネタリー切断方式が採用されており、クリーンな作業環境を維持する集塵システムによって補完されています。
