PT Nusantara Polymer Industry is a manufacturer specializing in construction plastic products, including sealing materials and infrastructure components. With increasing demand for waterstop profiles used in concrete construction joints, the company planned to expand its production capacity by introducing a dedicated PVC waterstop profile extrusion line.
After technical communication regarding product specifications and production requirements, a customized waterstop profile production solution was proposed to support stable and continuous manufacturing.
The production line operates steadily and produces waterstop profiles with consistent shape and dimensions. The extrusion process is stable, and the equipment is easy to operate for our production team. The technical communication during the project was clear and helpful.

Flexible configuration for different profile designs
The extrusion system was selected according to the PVC material characteristics and the required production capacity. The screw configuration ensures stable plasticizing and uniform material flow for profile forming.
The profile mould was designed based on the customer’s waterstop profile drawing. Accurate flow channel design helps maintain consistent profile shape and smooth surface quality during extrusion.
A dedicated calibration and cooling system was integrated to ensure stable profile shaping. Proper cooling improves dimensional stability and maintains the structural integrity of the waterstop profile.
The haul-off unit provides stable pulling force synchronized with the extrusion speed, ensuring smooth production and preventing deformation of the profile during processing.
According to the product design and packaging requirements, the system includes a cutting and winding solution for convenient downstream handling and storage.
