Al Noor Plastic Industries is a manufacturer focusing on plastic piping systems for residential and commercial plumbing applications. With increasing demand for PPR pipes in hot and cold water systems, the customer planned to invest in a new extrusion line to improve production capacity and ensure stable product quality.
After technical discussions regarding pipe diameter range, output requirements, and material characteristics, a PPR pipe production solution was configured to match the customer’s production needs.
The production line operates smoothly and produces pipes with stable dimensions and surface quality. The extrusion process is consistent, and the equipment is easy to operate. The technical support during installation and commissioning was clear and practical.
A single screw extruder was selected based on PPR material characteristics. The optimized screw design ensures efficient melting and homogeneous material flow, supporting stable extrusion performance.
The pipe mould was designed to ensure accurate pipe diameter and smooth inner and outer surfaces. Balanced flow channels help maintain consistent wall thickness.
A vacuum calibration tank combined with a water cooling system ensures proper pipe shaping and dimensional stability. The cooling process is optimized for continuous production.
The haul-off machine provides stable traction synchronized with the extrusion speed. This ensures smooth pipe movement and prevents deformation during production.
The cutting system is designed for precise and clean pipe cutting. Cutting length can be adjusted according to customer requirements, supporting flexible production.
